DFER’s Rhode Island branch website offers only a few tidbits about the organization’s involvement in RI education issues.  Joe Williams strongly supported removing the charter cap in an effort to win the Race to the Top (letters to the Senate President and Speaker of the House).

DFER lists Bill Fischer, President of True North Communications, as their state contact.
